You need to create a task. If you do it from the App by right clicking then it will create a manual task.
So pick Tasks in the QMC. Then Add New. Fill in the title and the App you want to reload.
Then click on Actions and pick the type you want (Daily, Weekly, etc.). Pick the options for your choice and click on Apply.
The new task will now appear in the Task list. If you want you can manually kick it off by clicking on Start to make sure it runs ok.
After this it should run based on the trigger and schedule you picked.
