Failed To Authenticate Against The Selected Server.

Hi

I have installed Qlik Sense Desktop Version 3.2 SR4. After launching I am have registered with use of below link.

QlikID.

Now when I am trying to Log In with Qlik Account I am getting error "Failed To Authenticate Against The Selected Server. Please make sure internet connection is working and try again".

Please provide solution for this error.

are you able to log in on Qlik community website using the same credentials ?

Yes Andrea. I have used same credentials. Any changes I have to with proxy.

I have a similar issue with one of my users.

Have tried clearing out the Qlik log files from temp as suggeested and no joy.

I experienced the same issue. I tried re-install with no luck.
Any ideas?

In the end I did the classic uninstall and reinstall.  I selected custom instaltion but didnt change the defaults and it behaved itself.

I have the same issue. Obviously, I have the access to QlikID.

I think this is related to proxy setup (for example, the issue with Anaconda (Python distrib manager) is the same, but in it you can configure proxy and it works after that.

Seems the issue is that Qlik Sense Desktop does not pickup proxy settings by itself from Windows.

I assume that is possible to provide proxy server details in settings.ini or services.conf - if I only knew what is the correct syntax

I have same issue with June 2017 Patch 1 version.

It's not cool to feel your problem not matter, I feel like a castaway hahaha
