How to create this same excel in QV

Hi All,

Please can some one show me how to create this same excel in QV. attaching the excel. I need to join this excel with the ID column with another excel i have. Please help to create the same format.

Thanks. But sorry i didn't get you. How the format will appear as QA ,SIt and DEV and then below that their respective column. Your application output doesn't show the same.

I have one doubt. This time we have three only. Sometimes, we do have 20 Testing then we required to add 20 times using Concatenate manually.

Its QlikView. you are write, i have given example as 3 column but there are 7 in all as of now.
