How to restrict users to make any drill downs that will lead to showing data observation less then a certain number

Hi,

Thanks for everybody's help in the community, I have problem regarding to the situation of showing privacy data. I want to know how to restrict users to make any drill downs that will lead to showing data observation less then a certain number. If I make a drill down that show me the number of people with certain disability in my organization is 5. I will for sure know who they are and this shouldn't be showed.

I am not sure what you are asking. Are you able to drill down to details that include identifying information in other situations? If there were 100 individuals in a group could I drill down to their information?

I feel like if you have disability data and PII in one doc you need to be really careful. I am not sure stopping someone if the results are less than n will do much to protect this data. I need a better understanding of your request. Maybe a sample doc?
