That's a little bit sparse on detail for people to work on, you'll need to provide some more information, such as

- what version of IE are you using?

- if AccessPoint is not showing, what is showing?

- are there any error messages?

- Did it used to work?

- What have you tried so far?

no user is able to access from IE-.10.0.9

1.it says service Unavailable

2. ERROR:HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

3. I never seen such situtation where Accesspoint is working fine on chrome browser but not on IE.

503 is a very generic error message, but since you said it works in Chrome, I would suspect that it could be the proxy settings in your IE.

weird behavior. ask your business users to clear browser cache n cookies.

couple of users restarted the system and few users restarted the browser.. thats working fine...
