Rolling period change measure in KPI app

I'm trying to create a rolling period change measure to use the most current period growth rate as a KPI.  However, because it relies on the previous period data, it does not work for a single period.   Is there a workaround?

Thank you.   Actually, I was able to compute the rolling average, but the problem is I'm not able to use the most current computed value in a KPI application.  It shows up as a null.  I'm only able to display the change values in a line graph.
