Ranking with multiple Dimensions

Ok guys,

I have a straight table with customer name, invoiced dollar value and percent to total. I need to add the address, city, state and zip to it, but when I do the ranking gets all screwed up. Help. How can I rank with mulitple dimensions.

Thanks

Thom,

See my attached example. Here's the basic appoach:

  1. Create a calculated dimension that is a concatenation of your dimensions
  2. Define your actual dimensions as expressions
  3. In the Presentation tab, Hide the calculated dimension

The Rank function should work out if you do this.

Hope it helps,
