Hi Amal - Sense does not have a Treeview display option like QlikView does for the Filter list - it is displayed as a simple list.
Note that QlikView and Sense, have similarities and differences which may be beneficial for certain use cases. The intention is not for Sense to be like QlikView. In some cases, approaches and "things" that have been done in QlikView may have been improved upon or done differently in Sense.
As a work-around, what you can do to mimic a Treeview in Sense - is to create a Drill-down dimension - see video: Qlik Sense - Drill-down Group Dimension (video) and use that as a list box object. It will filter accordingly and function like a Treeview object in QlikView.
