Can any one tell me what are the difference between Qlikview  10 and 11 in designing part...

The ones that I can think of

• Dimension Limits in Charts
• Grid option in containers
• Alternate states
• Conditional show/hide of expressions and dimensions

Edit:

• Use of scroll bar to navigate between tabs

Yeah these are all new features that are available in QV 11
