Hi, I have a user that is unable to see a Document in Access Point? He can see other documents but this one they cannot? Any reason why this would happen? Thanks

Does the user has rights to see it?
Have u tried using another computer with the same user?

You need to give the user access to the document. This can be controlled in one of two ways. You can check with mode you are in by looking in the QMC (see image below)
If you are in NTFS mode which QVWs the users can see is controlled by Windows file sharing. You will need to give the user read access to the folder the QVW is in or the QVW itself.
If you are DMS mode QlikView is controlling the which QVWs the users see. You will need to give the user access in the Document tab of the QMC.
Note, if you have Publisher user access to a QVW can be controlled as part of the distribution job as well.
