What do I need to display the best student for each city

Hi, I have two excel sheets that i've joined in QlikView and I need to create a pivot table for these or whichever you think is best to solve my issue . I need an expression to:

1. Show the avg for Ocena (Scores) for each student in descending order

2. Show student with highest avg score previously calculated

3. Show one Student that has a highest score for each distinct City

Is it possible to have all this in one expression?

I've provided my sheets in the two screen shots below.

I would appreciate if someone could have a look at this issueCaptur.PNGCapture.PNG

Thank you so much in advance.

For some reason it didn't work.

Also I forgot to mention that I have to create this table after I join these two sheets.

I have tried to manipulate your suggested solution but with no luck.  So I went back to some very basic expression such as Avg(Grade), just to get the average grade result for each student in a descending order. Now I'm trying to figure out what the expression is supposed to look like so that the output displays only the student with the highest average score per each City. I'd like to mention that I'm trying to resolve this issue using a pivot table. I'm really stuck with this issue. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

I'd appreciate it very much.
