Hi @ebuttsqlik,

You're trying to download QlikView Desktop Personal Edition (the unlicensed, free version)?  If yes, follow below steps:

1. go to https://us-b.demo.qlik.com/download/ and login
2. Select QlikView > your preferred language > Desktop > preferred build/release version >  QlikViewDesktop_x64Setup.exe
3. Download the installer .exe file
