Hello Amien,

Open inbound and outbound connections for port 4747. That should do in order to get licenses from server for authenticated users (QVP: Plugin or Desktop).

are you sure about both inbound and outbound? i was under the assuption that on the client side only outbound needs to be open.

does, on both client and server side need both inbound and outbound, port 4747 need to be open?
