I am getting a  error message ,"The installation package is not supported by the processor type, contact your product vendor"

May the OS is restricting the download (why because it is a .exe format) so verify once with your network team for your account you have the permission is there or not?

If it is your personal system,then try to stop working of Firewall and try to download one more time.

in the mean time cross verify is there any other software's are allowed you to download into your machine (i mean try to download VLC palyer,Win RAR,Adobe flash player..etc)

Wild guess... you are running a 32bit system?

QlikView 12.x is only offered in a 64bit version.
