Maybe using GetCell() function?

Like (from the API examples):

set table = ActiveDocument.GetSheetObject( "CH01" )

for RowIter = 0 to table.GetRowCount-1

    for ColIter =0 to table.GetColumnCount-1

        set cell = table.GetCell(RowIter,ColIter)

        msgbox(cell.Text)

    next

next

Stefan

Actually the above example is not helpful

what I want is actually display in a pivot table only the rows with non null cells

I can walk on water when it freezes

This was your original question, wasn't it?
