you can create PDF Report by Plant,Region with the help of QV PDF Creator or PDF Distribution

2)25 users to be able to do adhoc and OLAP analysis

For this requirement you require 25 Named Cal.

3)Qlikview reporting to be integrated(embedded) within a custom built web application

With the help of Qlikview Webpart you can Integrate Qlikview chart in Web Application.

4)Max of 100 millions rows of data

you have to extract and modelled only required data.I mean you have to remove unused data.

5)Max of 100 GB of total data volume

100 GB will be compressed up to 90% in QV.
