Not sure how to post a new topic, couldn't find a any post button. maybe i did something wrong with this post, but i have a new question.
We've been talking about obtaining data from different sources into QlikView, and storing historical data using QVD files.
but, Is there anyway for external system to extract data from QlikView other than QVD files?
for example, i have 3 months worth of data stored in QVD files, these data is only made available to QlikView.
Then i decided to create a new system external to QlikView that will require these data, and since i decided to go ahead with QlikView without Data Warehouse, all my historical data is now in QlikView.
Is there anyway for QlikView to spit these data out to my new system? if so, in what format? or does QlikView offer the capability for external system to connect directly into it's data?
Any info is much appreciated. and well regarded. 🙂
