Hi.. I have a calendar month from Jan to Dec...But i need to disply 3 months of data (Apr,May and June data only) by using one button ..please any  one can help me how to get this..

Hi:

Add this field at the Calendar load statement

'Q' & ceil(month(YourDate)/3) as Quarter,

Create a ListBox over the Quarter field, when you select Q1 you'll indrectly select Jan, Feb & March  and so on for Q2, Q3 & Q4.

Seems like you want the data to be there but you want to make a selection by pressing one button..

Make your (three month) selection, create a bookmark:  (ctrl+b).

Then insert a button, which you will assign the bookmark. As soon as the user presses the button, the bookmark will apply the selection.

Try below things

Create a button --> Go to action tab --> Leftpane(Select)--> Rightpane(Select in Field) -->Ok--> Field testbox(Your Month Name)--> Search string   ='(Jan'&'|'&'Feb'&'|'&'Mar)' --> ok.
