i'm importing data from sybase.the problem is that i'm loosing the connection between qlikview and the database when i'm reloading the data.
there's no specific row or no specific time that the connection stops.
anyone has any idea how can i slove this problem??
might be a problem with the server??server security maybe??
Hi Layal,
When configuring the ODBC connection on your desktop, search for the option: "Allow query timeout".
Disable it and it should work.
If it did not work, look at the setup up of the ODBC connection on the server.
