how to reduce data using section access

Hello

I got a qlikview document in which I have section acess with the following columns

ACCESS, USERID, PASSWORD

just after the section application I got a table that has the following columns

USERID, CountryId

however the data is not being reduced whenever I log in with any user specified in both tables in the section access and section application

am I missing anything?
