how to load multiple sheets from excel file to qlikview without using ODBC connectivity

Hi,

I loaded the multiple sheets from excel file to qlikview by using ODBC connectivity there is any other method to load the multiple sheets from excel to qlikview.

The ODBC method is by far the easiest if you have dynamic sheet names or a dynamic number of sheets.

If they are always fixed then of course you can just hardcode them

If you want to load data from excel then you can load single sheet at a time.. multiple sheets are not possible through excel.

Yes they are, as already stated it can be done via ODBC

Without using the ODBC you cannot make it dynamic , otherwise you need to store all the file name and sheet names in a file and then need to use the same for  loading ..but still it won't be dynamic .

If you have all the file structure same in a folder then you could go with the * wildcard and load all the file in that folder

but note All the file should share same structure

ODBC is the only way to do this AFAIK

Is there any particular reason you don't want to do it this way?

Unless your sheets are named

sheet1

sheet2

sheet3

then you could write that in a loop easy enough
