geting nell values in table

my source data is like this,

when i am loading data in ms sql,i am geting

like this..

col1

5674

null

5674

null

i need to get exact data from source?for that wht is a datatype need to choose?even i choose nchar or nvarchar i am get null values,pls let me know any one..
