copy/export only selected FIELD VALUES not all values of FIELD

Our client is using QV11 SR13 release and here such copy is not supported.

We want to copy/export only selected FIELD VALUES not all values of FIELD.

PLESE GUIDE SO THAT WE CAN UPGRADE IF REQUIRED AND SUPPORTED.

If you are Exporting the straight table or any chart by default it will filter of the values which you have selected  ...without any selection your trying to export selective values I don't think that feature is available
