choose column field

i have a 3 column i want to choose column sub field

for example 

input :-

Product Type	UTMCCN	UTMCMD
cruises	(direct)	(not set)
holiday fit	(not set)	email
holiday git	(organic)	EmailMA
forex	(referral)	organic
int holiday fit	air	referral
int holiday git	nonair	BPN

Expected Output:-

Product type	Product type	Product type
cruises	holiday fit	holiday git
Direct	Direct	Direct
emailMA	emailMA	emailMA
organic	organic	organic

(same for forex, int holiday fit, int holiday git)

You can use the Label name  option to change the column name as per my understanding,

or else if you want to select only sub characters from the field with the function

Subfield(fieldname, starting postion,  no of characters)

@inam  it seems complicated. Could you elaborate more?  I cannot see any pattern here

i have column(producttype ,utmccn,utmcmd and all ) i want product  type field cruises   (in cruises i want more 5 sub field with other column).
