absents tags on qlikview management console

Hello,

I have a problem with QlikView server. I wanted to change the path of the document (which I changed the location) on the folders tab.

But I do not have access to all the tabs here: System - setup - QlikView servers.

I did the "General" tab and "login". so no folders tab ...

QlikView services are started and OK.

I made ​​an apply on the console, I have two error messages (the first telling me that the path of access to directories are on error - which is normal - and the second on "the reference object is not set to an instance of an object." and credential, see picture below).

I remade handling after clearing license and pulled together on the apply for a new license, the same message appears.

anyone have an idea?

Provarbly your QlikView account does not have access to the folder path specified.

I checked it before.

The QlikView account has the right to acces of the new path.

I tried it also with the administrator account, i've got the same problem.
