White screen

Hi All,

On Access point when i click on a dashboard to open it using Ajax.

There is a White screen that appears for a long time which says loading...

is this the time being taken for calculation or a big with existing Ajax?

Hi,

Will your application open after that.

Check if you have preload option selected, then try by deselecting it once.

Mae sure to optimize your application as much as you can.

Hi Christian,

We underwent drastic changes to performance tune the dashboard.

The loading is quick now.
