I just downloaded some qvd_files that were created by a colleague to realize the fields didn't look exactly like I thought, some already contained the plant_key which is necessary to make them unique across plants. So that's okay, I just didn't know.
=> Is it possible to include some comments on individual fields in a qvd_file so that they will automatically be included when you select that qvd for download in the scripting_wizard?
But you may concatenate the fielddescription to the table before exporting (field, fielddescription)
During the import-process you may split then this table into two again: one having the real data, the other one the description of fields (COMMENT FIELDS).
