Top N calculation

Dear experts..

I am looking to have a report create like below..

slabNo. of CustidOrdersPrice
Top 10% Customers10000100002000
Next 10% Customers900012000100
Next 20% Customers1620015000030000
Next 30% Customers1944013000200
Rest 30%4536013000100

 

What is need is out of 1,00,000 customer, they are to be divided into various slabs like above.

Is this possible.?

Why the third customer with 150k orders and buying the most expensive items is considered as next 20% of customers?

Sean, the best I have are the following link that may be of some use for some ideas in addition to what Arthur posted.
