Too large font size in published QlikView

I have a published QlikView where one user, but not all users, get a too large font size resulting in tables/buttons displaying '####' instead of actual values (Or just messing up the design by enlarging buttons, etc.).

Is there any setting where I as a developer can force every user to have the same font size or is it a setting to be done by the user?

It looks weird when opening in Client, but looks fine when opening in Chrome.

Hi @marcusbohman,

Could be related to display settings on end user's end.  What browser client is the end user using - AJAX or IE Plugin?  What version?  If you open this QVW from AccesPoint, do you have the same experience as the end user?

When you say, "It looks weird when opening in Client..." which client are you referring to - QlikView Desktop?  If yes, does it still look weird if webview is enabled?

Best Regards
