Hi All,
I have a Quarter field (Q1, Q2, Q3,Q4) which I am using as Dimension in a Pivot Table.
I want another field 'FY' to be displayed as sum of all the Quarters (Q1+Q2+Q3+Q4)

Did you enable the Partial sum option.
Did you enable the Partial sum option.
In my experience a good solution is to create a new field in the script with a small inline table:
ExtraField:
LOAD * INLINE [
Quarter, Period
Q1, Q1
Q2, Q2
Q3, Q3
Q4, Q4
Q1, FY
Q2, FY
Q3, FY
Q4, FY
];
You can then use the field Period as dimension in your pivot table instead of the field Quarter.
Hi Sasikanth,
Thanks for your reply. I have enabled the Partial Sum option and it's working as expected.
But there is one problem for the Partial Sum field (FY),the font color of the field as well as the values are in Bold and the background of this column in Grey.
I want the field values to be displayed in regular color and the background should be white.
Please advise.
Thanks & Regards,
Ashish
