Chaps,
If I hard code an NT user name in place of MyUserID in the following expression, I get a result of 1...
=sum({< userfield={"MyUserID"}>} x)
If I Let vOSUser = OSUser() and then use in an expression like so I get 1.
=sum({< userfield= {$(vOSUser)} >} x)
How could I put OSUser() directly into an expression so I don't need a variable?
=sum({< userfield= {OSUser()} >} x) ---- This doesn't work.
Any ideas where I'm going wrong?
Thanks,
foldy.
Try
=sum({< userfield= {'$(=OSUser())'} >} x)
try
=sum({< userfield= {'$(=OSUser())'} >} x)
Rgs
Richard
=sum({< userfield= {$(=OSUser())} >} x)
or
=sum({< userfield= {"$(=OSUser())"} >} x)
or
=sum({< userfield= {'$(=OSUser())'} >} x)
hope this helps
You can try with the below scripts in any text box
=sum({< userfield= {'$(=OSUser())'} >} x)
OR
=sum({< userfield= {"$(=OSUser())"} >} x)
OR
=sum({< userfield= {"$(vOSUser)"} >} x)
OR
=sum({< userfield= {"$(=vOSUser)"} >} x)
