Setting the security as an Analyzer in V9

Hi all

Is it possible to set a Local Client V9 user as an Analyzer user ? (as was possible in V8)

There is no menu option or user option as there was in V8. There is a post somewhere on the Forum (or in the Customer Portal) that describes a registry setting that can be made to keep a Named User from being Developer.
