Server collaboration denied by license

I have an Extranet server connected to the web to access documents via AccessPoint.

When in Accesspoint I cannot see my document.

I have been into the QMC for the server and have come across the tab 'Server Objects' It shows in red that 'Server Objects are prohibited globally by server'

Looking in Qlik I found what I thiught was the answer which was to go into Sytem setup for the server Documents and tick the box

'Allow server objects'

When I press apply it then comes up with 'Server collaboration denied by license'.

We had  Qlik consultant come in and set all this up so I am assuming our licenses should be correct across the servers we are using.

Am I missing something. Any help would be appreaciated.

Hi Andrew Thank you for your email It was very helpful.

However I still have a problem. I have looked into the logs generated after the changes were made and my message coming up ‘server collaboration denied…..’

The log has an error eventid 1 severity 300 Error folder browse;

GETFOLDERMOVES:0 NETSERVERENUM The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available (6118)

Can you shed any light on this – or know how I find out.

Best Regards Graham
