Section Access - Document properties

Hai All,

EX:

ACCESS   USERID    PASSWORD

ADMIN       XYZ          XYZ

USER         ABC         ABC

What happens if we do not mention the ACCESS type.

1.Will it assign the ADMIN rights to any of the user(XYZ or ABC) or not?

2. Is there any way, through the USER(ACCESS) - we are able to access the Document properties?
