Scatter plot: how do i put 2017 revenue on the x axis and 2018 revenue on the y axis

Hi there, i am struggling to get a scatter plot with 2017 revenue on the x axis and 2018 axis on the y axis.  I have revenue on both axis, so i just get a straight line.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
