Reload tab is not present in Qlikview Enterprise Management Console

Hi,

In Qlikview Enterprise Management Console, when clicked on User Documents Reload Tab is not displayed.

How should it be enabled??

Do you have the proper Licenses? This mustbe a license issue

How to check whether it is part of the license? What is the parameter name in license which i can check across whether the license for reload is present or not?

You need to check that with your QlikTech contact person or within your company contact the person in charge of  Qlik licenses

When Publisher is installed and licensed, the Reload tab disappears and you must do reloads via Publisher Source Documents.
