Random selection of dimension values that produces a specific accumulative total AND row count

Hello,

I want to be able to generate specific number of random values for a dimension that also results in an accumulative sum of a specific value (within say 5-10% of a user decided total).

The below chart shows what I have so far:

What it would need to show would be just 20 random frame IDs in green (20 being a user inputted value) that give an accumulative total weekly impacts of just over or equal to 5.5million (the 5.5million again being a user inputted value).

The randomisation of the order is functioning, but I am struggling to apply a cap to both the number of frames and accumulative total at the same time. This also can't be achieved in the load script due to the accesses the user will have and filters that would need to be applied by them during the process.

Can anyone assist at all?

Cheers,
Jack
