Qlikview Scheduler recommendation

hi all,

I have some Qlikview reports to run every day\hour

I'm running the process chain with a scheduler that i want to change due to wrong notifications

Can you please let me know which scheduler is recommendable and some reasons for that?

The critical features that have to include:

1 jobs chain (to run jobs after the first run depends the previously job finalization)

2 trigger timing

3 email notification with results

I use QlikView Publisher.

It is on a par with sliced bread.

Yes, I do. A lot of customers do too. QlikView Publisher is part of a QlikView Server set-up.

Note that you may be able to reach your goals with just a QlikView Server (i.e. without Publisher).QlikView Server contains sort of a "limited feature-set" publisher, It has job chains, trigger timing (although not as flexible as a full Publisher) and failure notifications.Other notifications can be implemented using standard QlikView features.
