QliView reportname, reportId

Hi everybody,

I basically want to put a number on every chart on my report. I would like to put the Id of the chart itself.

The ID of my chart is CH141.

I try a text box with:

=ReportName('CH141')

=ReportId('CH141')

=ReportName(141)

But I don't get any result?

How to get object ID? | Qlik Community

Hi Bertrand, in the Menu there is an option to create Reports dragging QV objects, ReportName() and ReportId() refers to those reports, not the chart ID.

Hi, thanks for your reply, but I don't want to create a macro.

I just want a simple number to identify the boards, so that user can say I'm on board number X.

I tought it would be easy to get the ReportId, but otherwise I will just put a number on them.

Hi Ruben, it's not a report, it's just some board.

I will just use a text box with a number I put in it it's not as easy as I thought.
