QV11.20 SR 13 - Reload issue

hi all,

after upgrading to SR13 i have a strange behavior when reloading a document with a specific user,

i can't see load process (number of rows etc.)  and document freezes (not responding) until end of end of reload then document is back to respond.

it happen after upgrading to SR13 and only with a specific user , other developers have no issues .

any ideas?

solved by removing old cache and temp files from previous versions
