Hello, We have a dashboard which has a reload time of 7 to 9 min when we reload it manually, but when we reload it from QMC, the reload time is 15 min.
Can anyone please explain if there is an issue with QDS?.
It depends on server capacity and resources you have at that time of reloading on the server. Note, also, when recharging ends, the server performs a reduction of the document, save it and distribute it to users who have indicated on the console.
