I have a pretty intense report that needs to be distributed twice a month. When I run the distribution in publisher, it comes through with "Calculation timed out". When I run it manually and print it using Microsoft to PDF, it is around 255 MB, which is larger than what we can email. So, I take that 255 MB file, open it and use Adobe Standard to re-print it as a pdf and it is only 14 MB. Why the difference? Any suggestions on how to make this report smaller and more efficient? Attached is the code to one of the expressions and there are 16, so you can imagine... It is a little embarrassing at how long the code is, but due to formatting requirements from the CEO, I don't know of a different way to write it.
