in My Qlikview report partial sum is disabled why? I am not able to select checkbox

This option only for Dimension not at all for expressions? If you need for expressions you could change expression to

Sum(Aggr(Expression, Pivot Fields))

Does "Indent mode" is checked under Presentation Tab? If yes, please uncheck it

Clever, You meant under Style Tab (I believe "Indent Mode" available under Style Tab only)

if I unchecked a intend mode under style tab then my total column is disappearing

You can uncheck "Indent mode", configure which Partial Sums you need and then check indent mode again.

Partial Sum's are Disabled for dimensions created using Valuelist()

Can you confirm if you have created the dimension using valuelist()?
