Reduce Data: Keep Possible Values
This command reduces the QlikView database by removing all Excluded values from the document. This is a powerful tool for removing "garbage" data from the QlikView database, thereby reducing the size of the document and making it run more efficiently. It can equally well be used for narrowing the scope of a general QlikView database into a document, tailoring it for a specific user category.
The Reload and Partial Reload permissions in the Document Properties: Security dialog page will be disabled as a result of this operation.
