I am loading data via an ODBC Connection to a very large table containing 6 million records. The estimated time until completion of the load is 60 minutes. As an alternative I can export the data into a csv file and load the data from a MS Access Database, the wait time is only 1 minute.
I'm assuming the only efficient way to read this data in Qlikview is to first export to csv and then load from csv instead of loading from the ODBC connection, correct ? Is there a way to load data via an ODBC Connection so it takes only 1 minute ?
