I am having QV 11 SR1 licensed version ,which I need to migrate to SR2.So can I un install and install the SR2 or what is the best procedure to do

Take backup of Qlikview & QlikTech folders and necessary QV applications hosted in server, then update with SR2 version.
License will get applied on its own.
If any specific configurations applied, then you can reply those in new configs.
You should be no need to manually uninstall anything first. Simply just run the install exe.
One may ask why upgrade to an old SR2 and not a later SR, but I suspect there may well be a reason out of your control.

It is my dev. edition in my local PC. So taking backup of QlikTech folders is enough before un installing SR1

Okay. If it is local machine just gohead with updating version SR1-SR2
if u mean it's desktop version,u go straight away for upgrade on dev env,no issue.
else u have to take necesary backup's and go for installation no need to un install the exiting product.
