They look two different charts; just placed close by and positioned carefully. What exactly are you struggling with?

The screenshot looks like a chart from the Data Visualization.qvw file in QlikView installation example folder.

They are two different chart. second one is a stacked bar chart. What is your requirement. could you please elaborate it? thanks.
