Issue with the images on access point

Hello All,

Does anybody have any idea about below issue,

In qlikview document i have inserted textbox and into this i have imported image which is in (.png) format for the logo it is visible in webview but, when i put the same file on accesspoint it is not showing any images. Also one more thing that i have applied section access on my document.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

OK, this is a bug that was supposedly corrected in V11.2 SR1, from the release notes:

Thanks, for your reply. I have checked in released notes.We are having QV 11.2 SR 5 but still its not working in our case.

Hey all,

The above issue got resolved.If this type of issue will raise to anyone please first check your QV Document name.

For example, In our case QV Document name is like ABC(Test).qvw so that it's not showing any images once we have changed document name to ABC.qvw and put on access all images are visible.

that's a known issue too, it's fixed in 11.2 SR 7:
