try below

1. Download the latest DocAnalyzer (3.1)

2. Manually run the extract (Ctrl-m to open module editor, double-click "ProcessDocument" and then press the Test button.

3. Reload the script to get the QvWork dir reset. Open the script, add an  "Exit Script" as the first statement. Reload, then remove the Exit Script.

This may be a stupid question, but did you click the "Extract Metadata" button before reloading the document? The macro code will create all folders and csv files that will be read by the Load script.

If you did, check whether those files are really missing (fields.csv from your OP, docinfo.csv from your screenshot) AFAIK they should be created anyway, even if there aren't any fields in the target document...

Sorry for the confusion. I wasn't saying that your question was stupid, I was saying that my question was maybe a stupid one (e.g. 'did you click the "Extract Metadata" button before reloading the document?').

I knew my English was bad, didn't think it was that bad though...
