Is it possible to restrict access documents to doc cals only? In other words how could user cals be prevented to access documents on access point?

I am relatively new to the Qlikview and have some questions related to Small Business Edition
Is it possible to restrict access documents to doc cals only? In other words how could user cals be prevented to access documents on access point?

Use Section Access into your Apps and check "Filter Access Point Document List ... " at Document Settings /  Server tab

Hi Prabhat,

Licensing access (Doc CALs, Users CALs etc.) and data security are separate in QV.  With SBE server, access to QVWs is controlled by Windows file sharing (typically via Active Directory groups).  So if you put all of your Doc CAL users in an AD Group then you can give them all access to the same QVWs.
